stayed 1 night n it was nice n cozy. very good communication with the host, felt welcomed right away. room was clean, large, and had a comfy bed. breakfast was fresh n hearty, love that it was DIY! also, there’s a bus stop just outside, super easy to get into the city.
the area around the b&b isnt really appealing. there was some noise from the other rooms.

Just a decent option for a weekend pause in Belfast with great value. The heat in the room was not working, so it was a little cold. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Charming decor adds a cozy ambiance throughout the property, enhancing the overall comfort of the experience. The self-service breakfast feature offers a variety of delicious options, giving a homemade feel that stands out.
Noise issues from the rooms can be problematic, especially if someone's getting a little too enthusiastic upstairs during the night. The heating left something to be desired. some might find the rooms a bit chilly, particularly in the bathroom. Plus, the location feels a bit isolated, with limited restaurant options nearby for those without a car.

Can't recommend highly enough for a holiday
Comfortable room, convenient location, with a supportive staff member who kindly walked me to the airport on my arrival evening and provided a flat-screen TV in my spacious room.
No room for improvement.

Let me tell ya, the chocolate croissants were pure magic! Then there’s the delightful breakfast spread with plenty of cereals and yogurt. A real treat!
Now, don't get me wrong, the location is a bit out of town—close to the airport but limited dining options. Not many restaurants nearby, and the heating could use a boost.

The stay was overall pleasant, with friendly hosts and a hearty breakfast that included fresh French press coffee and a great selection of foods. the shower was quite slippery, which was a concern. The location was convenient for reaching the city center and the airport, making it a decent choice for a business trip. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, but the echoey environment made it a bit hard to sleep well due to early breakfast preparations.
